Does TitleGuard insure Pre-1981 vehicles?
Yes. If your vehicle was built before 1981, for only $29.95, TitleGuard insures that no other party has a right to the vehicle's title arising out of fraud, forgery, duress, or incapacity. The vehicle's title can transfer successfully. If you would like to insure the title on a pre-1981 vehicle, please visit www.AutoTitleGuard.com for more details. <Back |
|
Does TitleGuard insure policyholders against unreported vehicle damage like "fender-benders"?
No. TitleGuard only insures policyholders against the actual losses that can result from unreported DMV brands, title defects, and evidence of odometer rollback. While many automobile accidents are severe enough to result in the issuance of a DMV brand (e.g. salvaged vehicles and junked vehicles), many more are not. Unless an accident is severe enough to require DMV notification, TitleGuard will not insure the policyholder against the financial losses that may result from it.
