What kind of information will I receive in a NVMTIS report?

NMVTIS records provide:

• Current and previous state title data
• Title issue date(s)
• Odometer data
• Theft history data (if any)
• Any brand assigned to a vehicle and date applied
• Salvage history, including designations as a "total loss" (if any)

How can inaccurate data on a NMVTIS report be updated?

Each report includes state DMV contact info so that you may contact data providers directly. Experian Automotive will receive any corrections or changes from the reporting source and update the NMVTIS report accordingly.
