Experian provides AutoCheck® vehicle history reports using vehicle reported damage, service and repair, and other vehicle history event information available and reported to Experian by numerous data sources to provide AutoCheck vehicle history report customers information relevant to assess a vehicle's ownership history, condition, safety, and value when purchasing or selling a used motor vehicle. Experian does not obtain and cannot report or guarantee that AutoCheck Reports provide all events or discrepancy information relevant to a vehicle's history or any assurance as to the quality or condition of any vehicle.

There may be other title brands, odometer readings or discrepancies that apply to a vehicle that are not reflected on your AutoCheck vehicle history report. You acknowledge that AutoCheck vehicle history report may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not substitute for your physical inspection of a vehicle's frame and mechanical condition.

These Reports are based on information supplied to Experian by external sources believed to be reliable, BUT NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY EXPERIAN OR ITS AGENTS FOR ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS. THE AUTOCHECK VEHICLE HISTORY REPORTS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS WHERE IS" BASIS, AND EXPERIAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING SUCH REPORTS.*

*Except where an AutoCheck vehicle history report and associated vehicle are eligible for "AutoCheck Buyback Protection," and, in such case, these terms and conditions are modified to the extent inconsistent with the express terms of the "AutoCheck Buyback Protection."
